🥑Well Well Well! Here we are in 2021
Holidays are over and there is a lot of work piled up for you. So, there will be times when you will feel a bit drowned in the enormous work and checklists. It can be overwhelming! I am sure you all will agree.
So this post might help you to get rid of the feeling of overwhelm and stress. You just have to follow these simple steps:
yabadabadoo Number 1: Notice the TRIGGER - We call it realization. Realize that there is a threshold when you start feeling stressed out. Notice that trigger and PAUSE! - YES PAUSE.
Number 2: Take a breather. Pause your life a bit. Nothing will happen if you take a 5-10-30 mins breather. Also, accept the fact that not everything is important. The list is in your head and because of that, you feel everything is urgent. Believe me! It is NOT!
Number 3: Put everything on paper. YES! Write down every single task on the paper! I mean everything small, big, humongous mount Everest-ish 🌄 types as well. This is important for you to reflect upon what needs to be done today or tomorrow or not to do at all. Sure you would want to clean the garden, but that can be done tomorrow or the day after or you can pay someone like me 🤡 to do it for you.
So prepare your list - then delete unnecessary ones, reschedule non-priority ones, delegate what u can, and Voila you have a sweet cute list ready for you to take on.
